During my recent transit in Mandalay, I stayed at Hotel Victory Point and was impressed with a couple of features. the hotel's convenient location stood out. Situated just 32 km away from Mandalay Airport, it was incredibly convenient for my short stay. the fact that the hotel is located near a train station further added to its accessibility and made it easy for me to explore the city during my limited time there.
While the ambiance and views from the rooftop were fantastic, I found the cocktails to be lacking a bit in terms of taste and presentation.

This hotel was perfect base for exploring Mandalay, liked it. Big room with WiFi. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. The pool area is good too.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided great assistance and guidance, including recommendations for nearby attractions and arranging transportation. The location was convenient, with easy access to key landmarks and transportation hubs. The hotel also offered complimentary bikes, which allowed for convenient and enjoyable exploration of the surrounding areas.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to my expectations. The room had a lingering smell and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to all the main tourist attractions. You could easily walk to restaurants and there was a great restaurant nearby for dinner. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fridge and kettle provided. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. Additionally, the rooftop views were stunning, especially at night.
The rooftop pools were not as expected.

Very nice place with a free breakfast buffet and a meal at the onsite restaurant. Loved the roundtrip airport shuttle and terrace. But the hot spring baths, pool, and business center were just terrible.not.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. The buffet breakfast, although limited, was enjoyable. The hotel's rooftop offered a nice dining experience with live Burmese music in the background. The staff made the effort to communicate despite their limited English skills. The early check-in option was greatly appreciated.
The wifi service was inconsistent, working well at night but almost non-existent during the day. The wait time for dinner on the rooftop was quite long, taking about 45 minutes.
